Kimber J. Rothwell - General Manager
Formerly of global consulting firm PwC (PricewaterhouseCoopers) Kimber experience includes executive and senior sales leadership within the professional services, technology and media sectors.
As a business owner and investor, Kimber has been involved in the syndication of private investment and the negotiation of international licensing and distribution agreements.
Reporting to the Board of WI, Kimber responsibilities include strategy execution, profit & loss, sales & distribution, partnership development and general operations.
Past organisations Kimber has worked with include News Digital Media (News Corp), ZAP Technology and EHG.
Reuben Buchanan – Executive Director
Reuben founded Wealth Creator magazine in 2001, a bi-monthly business and investment publication sold throughout Australia and New Zealand through 5,000 newsagents.
Reuben worked with Integral Capital as a corporate advisor assisting private and public companies with business strategies, investor ready, capital raising and exit from 2005 to early 2010.
Reuben co-founded thinkBIG magazine in 2008. The magazine reaches over 100,000 readers in Australia and the UK. Reuben was a director and shareholder until March 2010.
Reuben features regularly as a presenter, contributor and commentator on the topics of entrepreneurship, capital raising and corporate finance. He presents to over 5,000 business owners on average each year in Australia.
Domenic Carosa – Non Executive Director
Domenic is the founder and CEO of internet investment group, Dominet Digital Corporation which has over $10 million worth of acquisitions under management.
Domenic is the former Group CEO of $100 million public company, Destra Corporation (ASX: DES), the largest independent media and entertainment company in Australia which included Lachlan Murdoch and Prime Media Group as shareholders.
Domenic has raised over $50 million in capital from investors. He has also completed over 50 acquisitions and divestments ranging in size from $50,000 to $55 million.
Domenic has over 15 years experience in business and technology. He is also the CEO and major shareholder of Future Capital Development Fund.
Tim Trumper - Advisor
Tim is a Publishing and Media specialist with over 20 years hands-on experience. Tim is the Director of Real Insurance and Communications for Commerce. He is the former Commercial Director at PBL Media and ACP Magazines, was Chairman of the Magazine Publishes of Australia, and was CEO of Time Inc Australia. Tim currently sits on the Board of the Best of the Best Foundation.
