About Wholesale Investor

One of the biggest challenges for companies in the private space is that they have minimal visibility to potential investors, and there are no obvious channels for getting offers in front of potential investors who are seeking Pre-IPO opportunities.

Wholesale Investor has evolved out of the need for a single media platform that brings together leading growth companies and investors seeking direct investment into these opportunities. The magazine and website will provide greater interaction, connection and exposure between companies with potential and people, institutions and businesses with means.

The market place has seen two significant changes which give rise to the Wholesale Investor structure.

  • Sophisticated and Professional Investors worldwide are now seeking direct access to private opportunities. They are well versed in the risks and potential profits which can be derived from investing into Growth or Pre-IPO Companies
  • Growth Companies are seeking capital from high net worth, wholesale and professional Investors, as well as traditional PE and VC firms whilst privately held.

As an Investor

You gain regular exposure to leading companies with at the PRE-IPO and Trade Sale stage, across a range of sectors. This is done via the magazine and website.

As a Company

You have the ability to present your offer, whether it be a capital raising, trade sale or Real Estate projects, to investors and companies that matter - that is those who are seeking investment opportunities and have significant funds to do so.
